This Bradley Doublelock 3500kg Hydratow HU12 Cast Delta Coupling (For Auto Reverse) which is hydraulically damped , is commonly used on Indespension trailers, Ifor Williams (before 1994), Bateson and Wessex trailers.
Can be mounted on top off or inside the drawbar. Standard UK footprint, 120MM Front Mounting Hole Centres.
For a brief period this coupling was fitted with an Al-Ko head however Bradley have recently reverted back to the original Bradley Auto Head.
Suitable for towing Capacity from 2250kg to 3500kg, this coupling has a Maximum Nose weight of 150kg.
This coupling comes with a breakaway cable to ensure the trailer comes to a safe stop if it un-hitches during transit, this is a legal requirement.
Designed for use with auto reverse brakes, the HU12 comes with the Reverse Stop Assembly as standard for times that the Brakes do not disengage while reversing.
Supplied with a Built in Jockey Wheel Mount Bracket (with handle and pad) for 48mm Jockey Wheels, we recommend a Knott 4mm Ribbed Jockey wheel for this coupling.
The modern low profile 50 mm Autohead from Bradley (with lock port for barrel lock), ensures you do not need a 3rd arm to keep the coupling open whilst attaching to a towing vehicle.
The Bradley Insertable Lock will fit the 50 mm Autohead on this coupling consequently making your trailer more secure against theft, Lock available separately.
Finished in all Sylvatec finish.
