The company was formed in 1990 as a dealer of Rice Trailers. In 1994, an additional dealership was formed with Bateson Trailers. In the second half of the decade, as Rice Trailers underwent successive ownership changes, the company expanded into the supply of spare parts specialising in proprietary Rice parts, particularly older out of production items.

With the amalgamation of Yorkshire’s Richardson Trailers with Rice in late 1998, the company further became Richardson dealers.
The year 2005 finds the company as the world’s leading suppliers of Rice spare parts as well as a leading trailer supplier of the Midlands.

In 2013 the company was bought by it’s current owners, who have expanded it’s range of products offered to meet the demands of today’s Trailer market. This includes Supply of the full range of Bateson Trailers, Trailer Hire, Service and Parts for most types of braked road going trailer.

In 2014 the company formed a dealership with Nugent Trailers who have become known for making well refined, high quality road going Trailers.

In 2016 the company moved to the new location in Worcestershire and subsequently re-branded to Warrior Trailers Ltd.
